Icon Relocation are unique in the global mobility world.
They can relocate employees and their families (and move their possessions), find and show them around potential new homes, negotiate tenancies, and jump all the immigration hurdles. They’ll even arrange family transition support so that everyone settles in comfortably.
And, unlike most in their field, they underpin all of this with their own technology — their own applications — designed and written in-house. This tech has created one of the deepest pools of relocation data in the industry, commercially useful for Icon and invaluable for their clients who need very precise insights on locales, prices and trends.
This wide range of services, and underlying tech, wasn’t evident to Icon clients and prospects. So with our help on brand strategy, and some canny restructuring of the business, we set about rebranding Icon to clearly promote all their services.
Then we wrote and built their new website and marcoms around a central idea — one Icon, offering an array of proprietary tech-fuelled services.
