David Lancefield helps leaders transform themselves and their organisations.

After a long stint at PwC as a partner, working with more than 50 CEOs and leading 500 client engagements, David went solo to build a portfolio of his own clients. His unique experience means that he can advise as a business strategist, transformational catalyst, and leadership coach.

We worked with David on his positioning, designed a monogram, built his visual branding and then his website. We also created an assortment of marketing materials that include a launch postcard, his little book on leadership, website videos and an email newsletter.

In early 2024, we helped David conceive, design and launch Strategy Shift. David is the founder and CEO of Strategy Shift, a brand that will house his advisory services, his leadership courses, and his research.
