Vertex Law weren’t your regular grey law firm. Set up by some of Kent’s leading commercial lawyers in 2004, they were determined to use progressive working methods across the business. It was to be an integral part of the Vertex Law brand identity.
They were responsive, quick to act, spoke plain English and used technology to improve their service wherever they could. We worked with Vertex Law from launch, developing their brand identity, advertising, graphic design, web design and direct marketing. We wanted to show that their marcomms didn’t have to use cheesy handshakes or twee illustrations, as is so often found on the marketing material for law firms that take a fiercely conservative approach. We matched their start-up ambition with bright and witty work that gave them a unique voice amongst their peers and delivered high recognition and response from potential clients.
In late 2013, Vertex Law merged with Cripps Law and a fruitful relationship of nine years came to an end. Some of the law brand identity work from that period is below.
